I pay for monthly service here Been having it for over a year now.. i used to always go to the other location on forest ln until i noticed some machines were always going out and my rear wiper broke off while getting washed so i started coming to the one on ross ave and now the rear wiper broke off again so what do i have to do? A guy came out the office but didnt really help he was sure everything looked good.. Those things are about $60 at GM

This place is great! Affordable ($12 basic was), clean, and quick service! They will hand dry your car for free if you'd like, or you can use their free vacuums and towels to do it yourself. Friendly and helpful staff. Honestly a very well ran business

Tommy's is the only place I take my lifted 2020 Silverado to in Dallas. They do amazing work and having a space to vacuum myself and towel down remaining items after is perfect. The wash itself comes out nearly spotless every time and then they hand towel it before I begin 20min of work myself. Can't recommend this place enough and also few that can clear my 6" lift and 35" tires.

If you value your car and time, do not go here. Went here as they had a great review score but has since become convinced that the reviews are bought. They caused hundred’s of dollars worth of damage to my car and upon my return refused to even acknowledge that they had anything to do with it. I don’t care about getting them to pay for the damages to my car, don’t approach me aggressively when I am trying to have a conversation trying to tell me that the fault lies with the dealership where I bought this car BRAND NEW! Check your equipment and ensure that this doesn’t happen to other people. The general manager admitted to me that they break off countless parts of cars and refuse to take any responsibility. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Yup! Very quick and their machines do a great job of cleaning. I have a convertible and NEVER go through automatic car washes but Tommys machines were great and gentle on the car while still cleaning

I'm pretty sure it says, or at least it used to, that summer hours close at 8 and winter hours closing is at 7.
Or the web site it is a great deal. I used to use them once a day. They take great car of your vehicle and of the grounds and the washer it self
I've not experienced that but the $15 car wash is the best, right? Yes, I looked it up. Since you can't get anything above the best at the carwash it would seemingly include all exterior.
Hi Julie, our car wash uses a combination of soft cloth and pH-balanced shampoos to clean your vehicle that is perfectly safe. "Touchless" or "brushless" car washes are often more harmful on your vehicle's exterior as they use harsh chemicals to clean instead of lubricated friction.
