This motel 6 was wonderful the staff was nice. The room was very very clean air was on time you walk in. But time you walk in at front desk it smells so good like they clean every 15mins or so. The only thing I didn't like was they wasn't doing coffee or breakfast. But my overall stay was good. I will be going back.

I don’t know about you, but all I really need from a hotel are a bed, a shower, climate controls, and a television. And, of course, everything should be clean. Well that’s exactly what I got at Motel-6, Plano. Was it a brand-name thousand dollar mattress? No. Was it a massage tub? No. Was it a super sensitive air conditioner that shuts off when you get within .5 degrees of the temperature you want? No. What is the big screen TV with 5000 channels? No. But if it was all of that, I would be paying $200 or $300 a night to sleep instead of just $61 a night. And the last time I paid that much for a fancy hotel, there were long strands of hair on the floor of the bathroom and the TV didn't work. I didn't have those problems at the Motel-6, Plano. It was odd that there was no alarm clock, but who uses an alarm clock these days now that we have smart phones that will wake us? It was also strange that they did not supply shampoo. That was the only thing that inconvenienced me. I had to make a run to Walmart. Also, my father would have liked coffee in the room, but there was a 7-Eleven right across the street. All things considered, I have no problem giving this hotel four stars and my recommendation.

Positive: The people were good at their jobs. They did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. The price was right. We paid $61.00 per night for a bed, shower, tv, and air conditioner. Some people are silly enough to pay $250 per night for the same stuff. Negative: There was no coffee maker and no shampoo in the room.

Positive: Location only. Negative: Staff made me check in outside in the heat. I asked for a handicapped room. They said I had one but on arrival was unavailable. The outside doors were left unlocked. I never felt unsafe but always a thought. BED. Hard and pillows had no thickness
