I love this location. It’s never too crowded and the staff are very friendly and helpful! Jessica was kind enough to help me finish setting up my rewards account that I have forgotten a few years ago and I was able to receive a complimentary 1 wick candle! At other locations I have always felt rushed but not the Water Tower place- they exceeded my expectations.
