No good customer service. I called on the phone to see if the had mannequin heads with the hair that comes with it, the man told me yes they do for $19.99 and foam heads for $3.99. As soon as I got there I asked the lady at the register and she looked at me for a couple of seconds and said, um no we don’t have no mannequin heads.

This is the only beauty supply store I shop at. I've been a customer for years. There's no ghetto store clerks blasting music when you walk in. Nor are there any security person's that reeks with the smell of marijuana! You can shop in peace without anyone following you around. The aisles are more roomy and comfortable to walk down too.

I don't like the MINI wannabe gangster at the register, when entering my husband said hello and MINI didn't respond. Ha, walked out and took my money to Top Beauty Supply down the street. Never going back
