HORRIBLE SERVICE , Manager in the front Juan Rivera absolutely does not know how to speak to customers politely…. Complaining that we are getting to many packs of ozarka waters explaining that they don’t have enough in store but all the waters are in the front and in the aisles are full … I don’t get it , WE ARE HERE TO BUY NOT TO STEAL ANYTHING… ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED I BEEN SHOPPING FOR A WHILE HERE AND NEVER HAD AN ISSUES SPENDING TONS A MONEY HERE… And to finish it off , if I was in the wrong they should put a sign and I would of totally understand but YOU GUYS HAVE PLENTY OF MERCHANDISE… AND TO BE DENY TO PURCHASE THINGS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!

Waited in the bakery department for 20 mins with nobody to assist me. I used to buy my cakes there years ago and stopped because of this issue and here I go 2 years later gave them another shot and nobody to assist. Albino Perez store manager what a shame. Who is running this store for customers to have to wait till the next shift comes in is ridiculous. Giving all the business to kroger and walmart. The person that finally came out said the next shift came in at 530pm I walked in at 4:35pm.

My very first time to visit shop at Tom Thumb . It’s was very clean & the staff was very friendly. You will need to get there reward card to be get the of sale prices on there current sales but it was really easy one up at the cashiers register. Only issue I had with this place items are a little higher here verse other grocery stores.

This review is for the floral department. I came in around 8:15 am yesterday to buy some tulips to put on a casket for a funeral and was relieved to find a beautiful bouquet of white tulips that were exactly what I needed. (I had stopped at the Kroger on Shiloh & Campbell first since they're closer to my house and their tulips were moldy!) I brought them up to the floral department and the gal working (it said Karla on the receipt) graciously listened to my request and wrapped the bouquet in paper & white ribbon so they were presentable. I've stopped at Tom Thumb stores to buy flowers several times over the past few years and they're always high quality, so I appreciate the consistency & good customer service.
