Update: I returned to get my visa photo taken. They charged me twice for the same photo: once for two physical photos and once for the digital copy of the same photo. They never sent me the digital copy. Everyone at the place went above and beyond to help me mail in my OPT (international student work permit) application. The auntie told me where to get my money order. (She knew the exact amount I needed for the application.) The uncle checked that I had all the document for the application and that I signed where I needed to sign. I didn't even have to tell him where to mail my application.

Needed to send a cell phone to my daughter in Spain after hers died. USPS wouldn't take it and FedEx was too expensive. The UPS Store took care of it and assured me that she would get it in a few days and she did!

As an artist I’m always very skeptical of people shipping my art . But I will always ship from this store. They took the extra step to ensure me that my art will be well prepared and safe to ship, and that it was! They are wonderful people and truly understand your needs . They will definitely always have my business :) Thank you!

I don't recommend this place. They wouldn't tape my box with two pieces of tape and instead asked me to purchase a roll of tape. I walked out. Kindness didn't happen here today. I rarely give poor reviews, but this was ridiculous experience that warranted one. I was here another time and was charged an exorbitant amount for a box even though I brought the package in a proper container for shipment. I chose not to review it because I thought maybe I misunderstood their policy, but I have now learned that this was a type of price gouging so I have included it in this review as well. Went over to UPS at Staples on St Meadow St and had no issue. Very easy process there. Others may have a better experience at this store, but I will not be going back.
