I have been going to Wendy at Regal Nails for years. Made an appointment for 2 with Wendy. Never told she was out till we got there. The Woman I had was terrible. Cut me two times under my nail bed. I went for a pedicure and then wanted to get French nails done on my fingers. I had no polish on. Just wanted the polish. At the end of the fiasco which was lengthly because she kept putting my hands to far into the UV machine she had to keep redoing the white. Her fault. She wouldn’t listen. Then believe this!!!! I was charged $72.00~ What a massive ripoff. She couldn’t explain why the charge was different then their brochure. I will definitely never go back!!!!

About a week and a half ago I went to have a full set put on, first the woman argued with me, I wanted a full acrylic set with a French manicure. She put white tips on. I didn't want that and told her I just wanted them painted French manicure. She said with the white tips I can still change colors, well no you can't because when you put a color over them you still see the white under neath. Went back today because I am a firm believer that everyone is entitled too a bad day. I got a different person this time. She asked me a lot of questions about where I got my nails done before today? I said here and that Lee Lee had done them. Lynn was wonderful she fixed all my nails for me, they were lifting and just uneven. I was very unhappy with my first experience here but Lynn went above and beyond too fix everything and renewed my faith in them again. Thank you so much Lynn!! I will recommend you to all my friends!!!
