A lovely stop for a late brunch going up into New Hampshire. This is a very kind and quiet dinning room space that serves delicious food with a very friendly and welcoming smile. I came in at a hot August day and enjoyed the quiet and the cool atmosphere. The diners, mostly elders, were very sympathetic as well. A bakery shop is attached to the dinning room, and offers many good options for pick up.

Loved the healthy options and all day brunch. The turkey burger was the best I have had in a very long time! The crabby patty benedict was also delicious! Note the hours - lunch only Mon-Fri and brunch/lunch on Sat-Sun. The Bakery/Cafe is also fantastic!

Drove past a couple of times and their parking lot was always full so I figured it must be good. Finally stopped and was amazed by how many baked goods they had! Got a pistachio meringue bigger than my hand that was perfect, also two chicken pot pies that were so delicious and perfect single serving size with a salad for dinner! Will definitely visit again to try to make my way through the baked goods plus they have rewards program for free items!

Hello! I am one of the employees here!! We don’t make birthday cakes, such as sheet cakes or just plan chocolate or vanilla. However, we do have our famous coconut cake! Which is an all over traditional coconut cake made with coconut milk and is super moist and yummy! An absolutely wonderful carrot cake with homemade frosting! (My favorite!). A chocolate mousse cake, which has layers of chocolate cake and rich chocolate mousse! It’s another fan favorite! And usually our fourth cake is a seasonal cake! At the moment it’s a vanilla strawberry mousse cake! ☺️ I hope this helped! Oh! If you want writing on it if one of our bakers are available they can! Though we also don’t mind if you call ahead and let us know a day before!! These cakes also come in both large (feeds 12-14) and small! (Feeds 6-8)!
Our best seller cakes are definitely the coconut or chocolate mousse cake! We also unfortunately do not do delivery!

I don't believe they have home delivery. Their cakes are all awesome. Love the coconut cake. Moist and dense texture.
The Black Forest is open every Monday except Memorial Day. However, I would always call before any Monday holiday!!!
