Don’t let the building size fool you. The right side of the store is basically empty. The media section is non existent. Lots of clothes and kitchen supplies to choose from though.

busy busy busy... lots of stuff to choose from and prices are fair.. pay by the pound on Apparel (clothes) They also have shoes and toys and decorative items and household goods as well. Very friendly and helpful staff. And there scales are Accurate. And tested by a local company that has been in business for 90+ years. Way to go guys and girls @Goodwill, i enjoyed my time there talking to all the staff. And a special thanks to the Nicol Scales crew that test and calibrate the scales ⚖️ .

This review is strictly for the outlet side. One of the absolute worst outlets that I have been to and the only outlet that I’ve been to that makes you keep your cart with you at all times causing serious issues. They usually only rotate 1 row of bins at a time and expect the whole store of 40 people or more and their baskets to be able to get to a bin! They lock trap you into one side while they rotate these bins and always switch up where they are going to let you “out” it ends up being so chaotic and dangerous. They have no consistency in anything they do! Not sure why they can’t rotate bins more often when they consistently have 4 people just standing around up front. They say they have the gates to trap us in for their safety, but really they are the ones creating more issue for everyone. When they first opened and had the guy manager they let you wait around and leave your baskets along the way (like every other location does) and it was much simpler. Now they have the lady that likes to scream at everyone like children and has created an unsafe chaotic environment. Something really needs to be done about their processes. They have a huge warehouse full of items and they only put out so much every couple of hour or more! Ft. Worth, Houston, Austin, Waco, Denver they rotate about every 20-30 minutes several rows at a time!

I was shocked! when I attempted to make a donation of a Nice French Provincial love seat and sofa at your store. The attendant questioned me...if it was in good condition, when the items were there in his face. I told him the items would sale very easily. I was offended that he thought the items were not good enough and made us wait until he went inside to get approval. Once he finally put them on his cart, he saw how nice they were...I will say they are used and not new but in good condition. (See picture) I also, donated 25 pair of shoes, vacuum cleaner, antique dolls, coffee cups and kitchen appliances.
