Yes, but it's limited, if you are looking for tools at a lower price, I recommend you to stop by any pawnshop, that will be the cheapest place to get tools.
From what I've seen is they offer discounted different colored tags different amounts plus they offer a 25% military discount.
amber, i saw a cat carrier there last week. not sure if they still have one but its worth a shot.
