Unsatisfied customer. I went to prime thrift yesterday spent 35.00 and on there app it stated that come on or before your birthday to received 50% on on one single item. The owner said that because my birthday was on a Monday it had to be the week of…then I showed him the app he then said to still come on the day of and then he will honor it that it’s better to use the discount on a higher item than a lower one…how is he going to tell me how to use a discount that he was supposed to honor…that man do not work with his customers he is not losing anything…like I said before unsatisfied customer who may not be coming back…

A large selection and is organized fantastically!!! The dresses are even separated into short/ long and various sizes, but also short sleeve, and banded waists etc. My only complaint is it says on the exterior of the building they are open until 9. So, at 7:45 I had to hustle... hard!! To finish up by 8pm. The staff was courteous. Prices were not clearly marked though. Some things said 99 cents and then at check out I was told it was 9.99$ they just forgot one of the 9's. I also had 3 under armor, long sleeve shirts. 2 of then were 3.98$ each and the third had no price tag m but was clearly donated at the same time, on the same day, etc etc. She would not sell it to me because it was not priced. Other than that!! Awesome experience

It seems like they always have the one item that I went there to get! Well organized for what it is. Prices are OK, except it seems like they are based entirely on description, without taking into account the condition of the item.
