John, the owner was very nice but his pricing was way, way to high and abilities were lacking. All I asked him to do was hardwire an radar detector that had a manufacturer's hardwire kit. He quoted over $200 dollars. I also asked him to hardwire a dashcam that used USB for power. He wouldn't do it because is was manufactured outside the US, and had no US tech support. I finally bought $15 worth of Amazon parts and did the work myself.

I’m retired now. In my previous life I was a consultant in business development and improvement practices. The short story about my assessment on JDK, BEFORE my install is complete in a week from now is; I PREDICT I will be soundly pleased in the end. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience with JDK Auto Sound & Security. Apple CarPlay was not a factory option in my vehicle and I spent a lot of time online researching if it was possible to add aftermarket and kept coming up with nothing. I contacted a couple of companies and no one could help. John told me he would research it and get back to me... I hadn’t heard from him so assumed it wasn’t an option. It turned out John had been extensively researching it and didn’t want to tell me he could do it unless he was sure. I had it installed this week and John was so professional, explained the new system to me, it’s features, menus and helped me over the phone once I got home and had more questions. I would recommend John to everyone I know!

Yes it is. In my opinion you will not find a better place to have your electronics installed. This is the only place I will use hands down.

This is a really good place. John is very helpful and makes sure you have all your doubts cleared. He also makes sure that your comfortable with the deal and doesn't force it on you. I have done two installations already and waiting for the third during the summer.
