I went to tire warehouse with my daughter for her car. Jose H greeted us outside and did a a walk around . He made some professional recommendations for the tires 🛞 . Then he offered us a great protection plan for the tires, which we took. All in all the price was reasonable! But Jose H customer service, professionalism and attention to detail we’re top notch! I highly recommend this place. Look for Jose H he is the man! Thank you 🙏

I just had the worst experience with this store. I had bought tires from Tire Rack that were directly sent to this store to be mounted. At the appointment time they said that they had ACCIDENATLLY SOLD ONE OF MY TIRES!! They assured me they would get another one for the next day and I could come in anytime to get my tires mounted right away. When I arrived today I waited an hour before they even started on my tires and ended up being there for 2 hours. The manager was extremely rude, telling me he wouldn't put a "walk-in" in front of other customers, denied that they had sold one of my tired the day prior, but also couldn't explain why they couldn't install my tires the day prior. If you value your time, don't waste it here.

This the third time I’ve gone to Tire Warehouse in Worcester after visiting another tire store. I had a leaking tire and the other shop gave me the story about how it couldn’t be fixed because of the place the object had punctured. They said I’d need a new tire. They never even pulled out the object or checked the tire for an air leak. At Tire Warehouse they pulled out the object, a staple, took the tire off the rim, and found no puncture. They remounted the tire and told me to come back if there continued to be a problem. All at no charge! I’ve bought several sets of tire from Tire Warehouse over the years, they are the BEST!
