1st time at skyzone and probably my last! I spent 125.00 for me and my family to go and it was a horrible experience!The workers there are rude and unprofessional! I was there around 5 pm and the worker working the toddler area was on his cell phone, I said excuse me to asked him a simple question he looked at me and said "cant you see I'm on the phone you need to wait until I'm off and ill get back too you " then proceeds to continue talking for 10 more mins then hangs his cell phone up and leaves the area walking right past us !! All the workers were hanging around laughing and leaving the areas and closing them up to go joke with it other workers! Horrible customer service...it's just. Bunch of high schoolers running the place..ridiculous!!

Great place for a birthday party. Unfortunately the Zipline is currently down. Still lots of fun for the kids, but they were really looking forward to zipping

Horrible experience. Paid $35 per child and i had 4 kids with me, just for my kids to get yelled at by the employees, 1/2 of the Trampoline sections were closed off. Zip line was closed. Employees were completely rude, swearing and run by all very young adults without manners. I don't think I saw an adult over 25 working there at all during our visit.. Never again. Kids hated it because they got yelled at for every single thing they did. 1 employee swore at my young sister for no reason. So not Ok, I kept my cool for my children. Don't yell at my kids especially when others were doing it and didn't get yelled at all. Also get bigger socks. People have bigger feet and need bigger sizes. They don't need to cut circulation just to wear the socks you are selling that barely fit.. Not everyone has tiny feet.

Kids love this place! From toddlers to big adult sized kids. I came with a 10 and 13 year old boys they both had a blast. Its so nice to watch kids just be kids and not on their phones. Nice place. Plenty of staff.
