Visiting other cities reminds me of how good the Anchorage Trek Store really is. I take all my bikes there, regardless of make and always walk away happy! The service staff will go above and beyond to answer questions even offering advice to fix issues myself! They are honest about the timeline of repairs and more often than not, beat the expectations. This is saying a lot considering most of the shops in Anchorage are awesome as well. Props to the entire team!

I walked in the store knowing kinda what I wanted but having a ton of questions. I haven’t really been on any bike in about a decade. But I had borrowed a friend’s mountain bike and enjoyed it so much that I decided to get one for myself. The staff was all super friendly to the newbie with about 500 questions about the stuff she researched. I had specific questions about the weather conditions here and how it would effect the bike functions. Bill spent about and hour and a half answering my questions and helping me find the best bike for my wants and needs. I would recommend this store to anyone looking into getting a new bike.

The staff at Trek Bicycle Store - Anchorage is absolutely fantastic! My Wife and I had so many different questions about how to determine the right mountain bikes as we are both new to the sport. William went out of his way to explain the pros and cons of the various options available as well as getting us fitted. It is obvious that he is very passionate about riding and loves sharing that excitement with everyone. The next day we came back and worked some more with Dan and Liam (William was off from work that day), and they were both super knowledgeable, attentive, and just fun to work with. The whole atmosphere in the shop is really laid back; they don't try to push you into buying something, which my Wife and I really appreciated. We are so glad we went here to buy our bikes, and we highly recommend it to everyone.

Exceptional customer service and friendly, knowledgeable staff! I cannot say enough positive things about my new Trek Farley 9.6! It rides so smooth, light, and FAST! High attention to detail in the making of this bike… it’s parts, it’s gear ratio, it’s quality all-carbon fiber frame (with a lifetime warranty), it’s 27.5” tires that roll over everything so smoothly, it's great climbing ability, it's dropper post, and of course, it’s awesome color fade from teal to navy to red! I can't stop riding it, it's so fun!! I've only had it for two weeks and have already put 225 miles on it and over 14,000 elevation gain, with literally no bike problems whatsoever. I am impressed by how they always take such great care of my biking needs at this Trek store and how they help sponsor and support so many local races, fundraisers, artists, fun events, and all-around good causes. And, lastly… they carry hilariously amazing socks. That’s a definite bonus! 🤣
