Every single time I go to this location the staff is rude. They are out of everything and what they do have is made wrong. This has been going on for almost 2 years. I go back thinking maybe they have got it together. NOPE! I have a feeling the problem is at the root maybe it’s management. Regardless it’s an embarrassment to not only Dunkin Donuts, but to Burleson! How disrespectful they are to paying customers and treat people as an inconvenience has got to stop or just close the place altogether no one needs their morning or day ruined just by being a customer!

First time here, I tried ordering a drink they didn't have it so I tried another one didn't have it.. so all together I tried ordering 6 different drinks and they didn't have anything I asked is there anything on your menu that you do have.. just coffee ☕😑 I will not be wasting my time here again

i'm so tired of coming to this dunkin either in the drive thru or door dash and EVERY TIME y'all mess up something. most of the time it's multiple things. today i ordered a bagel extra cheese and didn't get extra cheese. why can't y'all ever read an order correctly? i try calling up there 3 times in a row, no answer.
