Review update. They took $300 out of my deposit which is just insane. I always take photos when i move in and when i move out and the apartment looks exactly the same if not cleaner when I moved out. I’m baffled that they just took $300 out of my deposit just because they can. I even made sure to write everything down before I moved in. I’m very disappointed I’ve never had this happen and I’ve lived in different apartments the past 6 years. I’m very clean my dog is 7pounds and well trained just bizarre was not expecting that at all While I’m on the note, i lived here 1 year in that one year there were multiple police cars coming for who knows what, New Year’s Eve we heard gun shots, and cranky people who would threaten my dog while minding my own walking him around the complex. They seemed to always have a problem with their gates and they were just left open the majority of the time for anyone to come in.

Completely uncaring and unprofessional. Will not answer the phone. I applied. Was denied for something bogus that had been taken care of prior to me applying. Then they said I could go through a third party, but would never give me the code. By the time I spoke with someone about the code they told me they didn’t have any more apartments available. 200$ down the drain! I’m so heartbroken 😩

My husband and I both had major job changes and moved from Oklahoma to Texas this spring. With the timeline we were given we weren’t able to come down and check out the apartments in town but online they looked amazing. We got here in April and it did not disappoint! We love the location, love how spacious and open the floor plans are. Lots of natural lighting in our master bedroom, which I love. We have only had one time we needed maintenance and they were here within the hour of submitting the request and fixed the leaking sink right away. Pool is great in the summer time and the fitness center is 24/7!!!!! I’d recommend this complex to anyone!

The management here (Cassie and Alex) are next level amazing at their jobs. They have worked so hard to revamp the property with new landscaping, signage, cleaning crews, etc. They go above and beyond with their customer service and have literally moved mountains for us and our neighbors to make sure that the residents here are happy. They’ve made this place truly feel like home. We can rely on them and trust them! I’ve never had this experience like this with an apartment complex before and are thankful for them. It’s amazing how much of an impact management can have on a property like this and I give them full credit for changing this place around. Summercrest truly is a luxury to live at! Worth every penny.
