Very solid mix of food. I picked up a combo with 1 fried cod and 1 catfish with fries and corn nuggets. The overall experience was fantastic. Easily 5 stars. The fries are nice and wholesome as well are the corn nuggets and their crispy fried exterior. The sauces are very solidly made. The cocktail sauce is nice and thick allowing it to stick to the fish for a perfect bite each time. The tartar sauce has just the right amount of zing from the pickles to keep it balanced and the honey mustard was perfect for dipping the sides in. Definitely reccomend this as your work day lunch pick up.

The cigar-shaped hushpuppies were PERFECT! Crispy outside, slightly sweet, slightly spicy and moist inside. The fried Cod and shrimp combo was EXCELLENT as was the Short Combo. All the sides were freshly battered in cornmeal and fried, including Eggplant spears and thin Zucchini slices. The French fries were way above average in flavor and texture. I only wish we'd tried it sooner!

We tried it for the first time and we liked it. It was definitely worth a try. I recommend it. It's one of those places you know, that place you stop by and get you fix of fried fish. Nothing fancy but tasty.

Okay hear me out--the fish was really good. I enjoyed how I didn't feel super greasy and bloated afterward. The staff was super nice! However, there was absolutely zero seasoning on the okra, eggplant, and fries. It was all incredibly bland. Definitely in need of salt and other seasonings in the batter! All in all its definitely a unique and great hole in the wall.
