Very fast curbside pick-up. The employees are helpful and personable. Being handicapped, I liked being able to order online and have curbside pick-up.

Have usually always found what I have been looking for. For a smaller city this is a very good place to look for items for cats, and I also love the Betta, reptile sections of the store.

Some employees had difficulties with thier communication skills when it came to conversing with knowledgeable customers. Was not rude persay just also made alot of assumptions regarding the salt water tank we have without actually asking. All in all not a bad store was just heavily disappointed with customer service and the background knowledge thier employees where obviously lacking.
