We brought our fluffy kitty here for her first lion cut. We weren’t sure how she would react or if we would have to reschedule for her to have a cut with a vet, but the groomer took excellent care of her, and she was able to get her cut with no anesthesia! The place was really cool, and we’ll definitely be back!

On 02/20/22 at 5:40 P.M. I was in the store looking at Bettas because my betta just died and I wanted to purchase a new one. I asked a question about the bettas and was completely blown off by a younger employee who had long hair and and a beard. He was mopping and didn’t once ask if I needed help. I finally approached him and asked him a question about the bettas. He barely responded and made eye contact with the floor the whole time and continued to mop. He didn’t stop what he was doing to answer any of my questions or give me the time of day. I’ve worked in customer service for 20+ years and I can tell you that this is unacceptable to treat customers this way. When a customer asks a question all you have to do is stop mopping for a minute and give the customer the time they deserve. I don’t think it’s asking for much. Needless to say I was so upset that I immediately walked out of the store and did not make a purchase. I hope the manager is able to resolve this because I left disappointed.

They are amazing!!! I get my fresh bugs from them to feed my Leopard gecko every month. They also have awesome tank decorations!! And I got my healthy beta fish there too! A plus to this store is they have Mr. Happy, a friendly store cat who is a big ball of sassy and fluffiness and Professor Digits, a orange store cat who is adorable!!! One more thing they have little plants at the front counters that are tiny and perfect for your window cells!!!!❤️❤️❤️
