Told us we damaged the propeller and charged us $250 to replace it when we did clearly did not. Claimed they had before photos but would not tell us when these photos were taken. We have boat experience and we find it hard to believe a propeller would be damaged after two days of proper use. Additionally, the $250 charge is incredibly high, since a quick Google search for replacement propellers reveals they don't cost nearly that much and replacement took less than 15 minutes. Would not use this company again, it felt like they were charging us for every possible thing they could.

Tim, Rich and the gang did an amazing job repairing my boat! After rescuing me from lake they quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part overnighted, and had me back out on the lake unbelievably quickly!! Thanks again!

Our family has used Ossippe Lake Marina for years. There are 6 family members on the lake. Kevin, the previous owner was fair and had relationships with his customers. He was reasonable and honest. So far Goodhue has been unprofessional, and unreasonable. They are greedy and unfriendly. The prices are outrageous. It was pouring rain for two days, I asked if I could just change the date on just one day. I understand they are not responsible for weather, but if the boat wasn't rented, why not??? The employees that worked for Kevin before understood, however the new management refused to be flexible or return a day of rental cash. Do not rent from these people.
