So Amanda is amazing! Not only is she an expert but she actually cares about the customer! She made sure that the item I bought worked correctly and even followed up with me. In a world where people just want to make money and leave, she wanted to make sure that the product I purchased actually met my needs and my satisfaction. My AC unit was on its way out and I needed a capacitor. I didn’t have a model number for the unit nor a way to look it up, due to the weather making sure all the labels on the ac unit became illegible. I took a picture of the fan and she knew immediately what item I needed! This is the place to go if you need anything for your AC and appliances. Amazing service and amazing place!

They are as helpful as they can be with what they have. Very friendly, reasonable prices. Now a days if you're appliance is older than say, 10 years, luck is more a question than experience. But they're good people.
