I've been in the appliance business since 1980, I've owned and operated Pinellas County Refrigeration and Appliances since 1999, And without a doubt, this is the worst service I've ever experienced, Not once but over and over. The majority of the people they use to sell their parts, are inexperienced, or improperly trained resulting in incorrect parts being shipped at our expense, Once Marcone is notified of an issue or mistake on they're part, you put thru to customer service, who in turn double charges you to ship the correct part, and makes you wait week on a refund. Also they have started shipping U.S.Mail and telling customers its FedEx Special. resulting in parts showing up sometimes 7 days later. I was assigned a sales rep to help fix the problems (Hector) He's never returned a call, (after multiple attempts). I closed my account with Marcone a few years back, and the sales rep (John Roberts) called me every month for a year, with promises of great pricing and customer service, and after a year of going back and giving them another chance, the service has actually gotten worse. There are many competitive appliance parts dealers, and any are a better choice. Jeff Garitson

Decided to brave fixing my dryer myself. These folks had all the parts I needed and were helpful and friendly every step of the way. My only complaint is that they don't seem to be reachable directly -- when you call their number you get the national hotline. Not too much of a problem, but a little inconvenient.

Usually hanging on the wall on the right when you walk in. That's a common size. If not they can pull one from the back. Internet stock shows 39 in stock in Tampa. Should be about $40.
Electrical / electronic parts are not returnable if they have been installed. Otherwise they accept returns within 30 days
They stock many LG parts. And can ship in anything not in stock, most within a day or two.
No only appliance parts
