Great place, Mr. Peter’s (owner) is knowledgeable and progressive in regards to operating a mom and pops business in the 21st century. Yet, the shop’s employees are still able to connect with the customers in an old fashioned small town manner. The owner took the time to help walk me through the BATF forms since my situation is unique and provide me with the info to help me start my new found hobby. Stop by and experience it for yourself whether your a first time Gun buyer as myself or a seasoned and avid hunter or sport shooter, you won’t be disappointed!

Past couple of times (which yes isn't frequent) I'm not getting the same attentive customer service that I experienced a few years ago. I don't know if it's the pandemic that's burning the help out; they're out of stock so don't need to make an effort to chit chat banter because there's likely no $ to be traded, or what. I would like to continue buying from this location as its local but I don't know what will motivate me to walk in again. Maybe some day I will give them another chance. I just don't feel the same enthusiasm from the sales peeps anymore.

This is a great little gun shop tucked away in Fortville and every time I'm close by, I try to stop in. Martin is very knowledgeable and is always willing to help answer questions. Great selection of firearms and accessories at a fair price. If you're tired of the typical gun store, give M and J a try.
