The people working here are the rudest people I have ever spoken with called them at 9am, I was told they'd be here to pick up by 1pm, at 12:49pm they call me saying a tire blew on there tow truck it would be an hour and they would be here, by at 2pm I call back and they said just a little longer, 3pm I call back and get hung up on 3 times, my husband called them and he gets cussed at and hung up on , most unprofessional people I've ever spoke to in my life!!!!

All I purchased was a battery but it ended up being bad. I called them the next day and they swapped it out with no hassle! The guy at the counter was pleasant and it was an overall good experience with a minor hiccup made good with good customer service.

No, My husband helps them. We mow it. We check for car an truck parts, hubby has broke his foot. Hartford City Iron takes aluminum.
It's cheaper if you do, but they can also have their people do it if they have it. Still cheap either way though.
