Rating customer service only. I just had a very brief exchange with the property manager as we are looking for a place to move. Unfortunately it was not a very pleasant experience. I had to push to get the information out of the person I sent an email to, and they didn't seem to really want any business to do with me. I am not talking about availability since it's pretty unpredictable, but I am surprised on how cold the person was. Maybe I caught them in a bad day?

They do allow pets but up to a certain size. Not sure about income though.
