This is simply a good dry cleaners. If you have never utilized Griffin Cleaners, allow me to inform you that they are a bit more expensive than many of the cleaners in the area. I'm pointing this out because I budget, and didn't adjust accordingly when I switched to Griffin. Now, here is why I will continue paying more for this service. I absent mindedly requested for starch to be used on my dress pants. The response was, "I don't that starch works well on this type of fabric, it will leave the garments shiny." Many places would have simply charged me and moved on. Taking the time to care enough about my clothes to suggest the appropriate level of care means a lot to me. If that isn't a reason to patronage Griffin Cleaners, then watching the cashier helping an elderly gentleman to his car is. Customer care is essential to the success of any business, and Griffin Cleaners seems to have a very recipe.

Great service and good prices at a nice family owned and operated business. I'd highly recommend to anyone as they take great pride in their work. I used to live somewhat close to their Michigan Rd location and it was on my way to work, but I moved to Fishers 2 years ago and gladly go out of my way now to continue to use Griffith Cleaners.
