My wife and I found Piada by accident and it was a very good accident! While I can't remember both dishes, both of us enjoyed the fresh ingredients so much. You food is made right in front of you, assembly line style. The food was fast and the service was excellent too. We are still very cautious about eating indoors, so we look for places with outdoor seating. The restaurant is very nice looking in and outside. But don't let that put you off if you are dressed casually. There were people in business attire and just as many dressed casual. Check it out.

Great quick Italian style wraps, salads, and pasta options. Delicious and affordable. We usually get it through a food delivery app, but they're also good option if you want to dine in. I enjoyed the Mediterranean piada with salmon.

I tried the new menu Pomodoro Pasta. I was going to share it with my child, but it was a bit spicy for him, but it was just right for my taste. fresh and delicious!

Piada Italian is an open kitchen restaurant and located right across the faishon mall in Carmel. They have ample of parking in front of Restaurant and offeres indoor and outdoor seating options. The menu is simple and staff is helpful. Most of the food bowl are available in small and regular sizes and while ordering the powerbowl for dinner I thought It might not be sufficient and after finishing the bowl I was completely full. The ingredients are fresh and I took the powerbowl with grilled salmon and it was cooked perfectly.They have Pepsi products on fountain and also on the other side have 2 italian soda fountain with orange flavour and berry flour, the same fountain spot also has 2 types of flavored tea. I enjoyed my meal here and definitely recommend this place for a quick grab or dine in. You will not regret the food here.
