Got a 20 dollar "family meal" +5$ for lasagna with crunchy noodles youre better off buying a frozen lasagna from walmart better quality and quantity first and last time ordering from any fazolis location.

Very bad experience. 1st visit since i left st. Louis in 2010. I ordered lasagna w meat sauce n spaghetti. Partner ordered a salad and lasagna with all kinds of extras. When they brought our plates, i looked at mine, the mgr trainee asked me if they could get us anything. I asked, tell me this lasagna wasnt frozen. He looked at me and said, well, it comes to us frozen. That was my 1st disappointment. When i tried cutting into a piece, it was tuff and hard as a rock. (Frozen to microwave does that. Didnt eat the lasagna. The spaghetti tasted different from my memory, the sauce was, uh, not my taste. My partner took a couple bites of her plate. We left. $20.00 donation to another chain we won't visit again. Now, the mgr, she came by and asked how we were doing. I showed her the hard lasagna and she offered to make another one, from frozen. I said no thanks. She came back and gave us a card for $10 off next visit. Yea, right. We gave it to the hospital to give to a visitor. The empty restaurant at 1 p.m. should have been a sign. That's my take. I used to love the twice baked spaghetti, but they don't do that anymore.
