I just now tasted the world famous chicken here at the KFC restaurant, the customer service of this place are too good. Very friendly, efficient and really on point to their work. Quick service. The food was timely cook and served hot. The chicken was really excellent taste. The quality is always consistent. Overall I was pretty satisfied with the service I received at this location. I also like their mashed potatoes. That some of the reason why loyal customers visit their favorite restaurant because of the qualities I mentioned above. Definitely will visit this location again and will recommend to my families and friends. Their chicken is fresh and delicious!

For our family's 4th of July celebration, my folks put me in charge of the KFC so I placed an online order for a scheduled pickup and when I arrived, a kind salesperson informed me that the food had been prepared too early and she needed some time to re-do the order. She was so kind and apologetic and she even gave us extra biscuits! I am so grateful that the employees worked so hard to fix an understandable mistake- I would have been in hot water if the KFC had been cold! Thank you KFC @ 1144 S. Western staff!!!

I place an order around 10:10 thru Uber eats it said that restaurant closes at 11 my Uber driver got there before 11 at 10:25 and right when he gets there kfc cancel’s my order like if it says they open until 11 sell freaking food till 11 don’t be closing before the time or canceling orders 😡

Please be aware of their chicken there. Check your food for quality before you leave there so when you get to your final destination to eat your food your chicken not looking nasty an triffling like this. I had to put this out there because this was just plane nasty an triffling of them.
