I've been going to Lily's for more than a year. Linda always does an amazing job with my nails. She get the shape just right. Prices are extremely reasonable for the quality work.

I had Appointment, I admit I was 5 minutes late. I guess my lady was sick . She was rough and unfriendly. I had an other appointment for my young daughter after me . Over the phone I asked how long was each appointment, she said one and half hour each appointment a pedicure and manicure hand dip. I did not want her to sit and wait for the hour and half. My husband had to drive her to me. She came 15 minutes late. The lady get very upset she said she won’t be doing the pedicure because she had someone at 1.I was going to pay for the miss appointment. Then I asked how come you had someone at 1 pm when we were to finish at 1:30. We started at 10::30 . She get so mad for the question get up and said I am not doing her nails anymore . We were going to go then the manager or owner said someone else can do it if that is okay with us. So my daughter sat down with manager ( owner), she started roughing my baby up too. I came and stand next to my daughter . She said I am making her nervous. She was missing part of a step told her this is missing. She asked me if want to do it myself I answered that why I am paying you but I can do it. Manager is rudest of all I can tell you it is a very unfriendly place although there is one nice asian young lady at the front desk. I am looking for a place to do my nice since my place of 30 years has a new owner, I tried but don’t like it the same anymore. It felt like they were all angry that I wasn’t doing their nails instead them doing ours and great tipper too. Their loss ✌🏾

I really like this place. The lady that did my toes did a really good job painting and doing my nail art designs, but she was kinda rough on my toes. But I will return
