When terp pens started hitting the market, everything kind of sucked. Then a few years back, I'm taking a trip through the Rockies in Colorado. I stop at a random dispensary and I find the Boundless Terp Pen. The whole shop raves about it, and it did not disappoint. I highly recommend the XL for it's (battery life), but use a regular tip instead of the XL coil. If you're hitting out of small jars, the XL tip is just way too big. The XL also has temp control. Look closely at my pen. It's been beat up... but it still works.

First off expect 2 weeks at least for delivery So I was hesitant on ordering for 420 from Canada I was lucky no duties but also unlucky Canada post lost it it said delivered but was not I opened a ticket Monday with Canada post Wednesday they email n say if I don't have item by end of day contact seller so did right way just to let them know I ended up waiting until Friday evening (my choice) replacement was shipped monday so not even 7 days the replacement was shipped with usps first class mail this ones looking like it might get hit with duties I will edit if so .. no duties because invoice says 0 $ because it is a warranty replacement

Ordered product never made it to my door before being returned to the warehouse, to then be ghosted by customer service for over a month so far. 866 phone number says to email info@ but if I'm getting no responses what's the point? Will have to chargeback through my CC with this kind of embarrassing service. Who cares what quality of product you make when you can't properly communicate with your customer base. Shameful.

Yes, this is covered under the 3-year warranty. Please create a new ticket at support.bndlstech.com to begin the warranty process. We will need the receipt of purchase and a short video attempting to heat up the CFC 2.0 to verify the issue. Once we receive the receipt and video of the issue, our customer support team will reach out with our warranty form to verify the shipping address for the warrantied unit.
