Went in to cash in lotto tickets that I bought there and the person at the counter could not have been more rude. Didn’t want to pay out and gave me a hard time during the entire process. I’ll never be back

I stood waiting for service only to find there was an employee in the backroom. Time is important to me during my work commute. It must be more important to serve food and not watch for customers at the register. There are plenty of choices on Algonquin Rd.
