My husband and and I purchased our puppy from the one in RI. After reading the negative reviews, sadly I can relate. We bought a black lab and she is amazing, we love her to pieces! But when we went in to get her, some of the employees were so careless and cruel to the puppies, lifting them by their front paws and the puppies seemed very neglected. The prices are also through the roof! When we brought our puppy home she was infested with worms! She was super skinny and weak. Now that she is a year and half old she is amazing, healthy and happy. The only issue we had with her since day one was she had and still has separation anxiety, she will not stay alone anywhere, not home, not in the car, unless someone is with her. She was traumatized from their store since day one, I am so glad we got her out of there.

This place is so sad. The puppies are all unwell looking and the owners could not care less about them. There are puppies on wire crates in visible pain. No dog should live like that. The people who run this place must be monsters. This place needs to be shut down in order to end the puppy mill problem - all of these dogs deserve a much better life than to live in a 2x4 pen with minimal attention and care.

Scott is amazing he really knows his puppies!!! We went in on a Monday to look at puppies and fell in love with one instantly. Came back on Wednesday to purchase and Scott took great care of us and made our puppy purchase a very pleasurable experience!!! Highly recommend Family Pet Center for all your pet purchases!!!

We have purchased two beautiful pups from Perfect Puppy, a Bichon and Yorkiechon. Couldn't be happier. Don't listen to the mean 1 star reviews.

I believe you can visit the store. The store was taking appointments as opposed to walk-ins. Just give them a call to verify, as procedures are beginning to change.
You can place the pup on hold is you really want them. The down payment is $500 and you’d pay the rest the next time you get them. I had to do that since the pup i was getting was in the process of being dewormed, so we just put a down payment.
Very expensive, I looked at a puppy that had a total price with tax, etc. at $3700. I decided at that point to go to a breeder instead.
No, lol you can go inside and look, even ask to sit with a specific dog and play with him or her.
yes.
