The deli is unsanitary with their slicers. I had to tell him to stop and walk away. Only one person working. Also, only 2 check out open. Meat counter was great! My go to store. Would not trust deli there. They are always short staffed and leaving meat sitting out and not wiping down slicer. It was such a bloody mess of meats on the slicer he was using, i ordered ham. Disgusting. Other than that this store is good. I would give 4 stars if it was my overall experience through the year. The deli needs help! Today was really bad. The guy helping was trying to wait on a line of people by himself during 5 pm rush. I felt bad for him.

My wife and I contacted the USDA about this place 10 years ago when the prices were constantly wrong or sale item discounts were not applied. It eventually was corrected. However its back to the same old practice. Items are routinely put in wrong bins. I have avoided this place as much as possible. It might be the busiest King soopers in Co. But its the worst. The groceries stores in Detroit look better than this place...

This is my neighborhood grocery store that I prefer to never go to. At night the parking lot lights are very dim or off and very scary and unsafe. The store and parking lot are filthy with trash everywhere. Majority of Buggies are damaged and hard to push (that is if you can find any in the store to use). They need more cashiers. I have to more times then not have to ring up my own full cart of groceries. Deli women was very rude and didn’t care that she was. I asked for manager and she said she is right over there if you want to complain. I have spoken to management on numerous occasions about my concerns and none of them have been addressed. I guess they don’t care what their customer concerns are

A great store. I love the layout of the produce and deli area. It feels big and open. They also have a very big wellness section. I can usually find everything I need here. It can get very busy. The east entrance closes after 8pm. We usually will try to go shopping at night. Less crowded and we can get in and out quickly. If you go after a big weekend or holiday they maybe out of something due to the high demand but don't worry they get restocked quickly. They also have a section by the meats with pre-made meals that is frozen that you can easily take home and make. Simple and healthy. Also don't forget to use your Sooper Card and APP to get digital.
