Slowest service in the tri-cities, I've literally driven to the Kennewick when I live in Pasco just because of the slow service and lack of items. Are the workers not making 15-20 dollars an hour or what.

Took forever to bring out the food. Every order had something missing from it. The drinks tasted chlorinated and oddly sour. The food was cold and lacked flavor. I’m worried that I’m going to bring home a disease from this place. Do not recommend.

Tried to get Happy Hr 1/2 off, downloaded the app, looks cool if it worked, it didn't. At this point we ask at the drive through if they're having issues with the app and they replied I don't know I'm not a manager, so we asked if we could order 1/2 off our order they said I am not a manager, but drinks are happy hr price. Long story short our 4 drink order was screwed up not once but twice and that made it unhappy hr. Much better apps that work and better service.

I ordered the 3 piece chicken tender dinner. First off, the ONE onion ring I was given smelled really bad and did not look edible. And the toast did not seem to be cooked well at all. Not only that, but the chicken tastes very raw as well…. but what really made me lose all hope was the fact that the tots lacked taste as there seemed to be no salt on them so they tasted bland. Every other Sonics I’ve been to the tots taste amazing! Carmel classic shake was pretty good though
