Getting sick of Starbucks employees choosing when they want to work, getting old Starbucks!!! Just go out of business, no customer loyalty and will never tip again no matter how good the service.

Customer service is pretty nice. But I asked for extra ice so my drink wouldn’t be so milky and light, specifically I asked for milk to the middle line instead of the top. They just put extra ice on the label, they didn’t actually put extra ice in the drink though. Not a huge deal, just a bit annoying.

I have been a frequent patron of this Starbucks for years, especially now that I work just down the street. It's gone through a lot of changes, but it has always been a nice, reliable place to drink coffee and get work done. The staff are friendly and the space is clean and comfortable.
