"Management" won't return phone calls (left message for her on numerous occasions). Packages have been left at the following locations near our home: At the bottom of our road, not the driveway, but the road. Next to or in our recycling pile (which are also boxes). IN OUR TRASH CAN (see photo) ON the side of the hill next to our house, our patio is very large with a package bin, where packages go near or in. They can't seem to figure that out. In the lawn that we found three days later, damaged and soaked. Nowhere near our door.

Complete incompetence. I purchased an item online, which was shipped via FedEx, from Florida, to my address in Vermont. The package is five days late. Every day tracking says it will be delivered on that day. Customer service is useless and says it’s scheduled for delivery which never occurs. Plus I get recorded FedEx phone calls every day, saying the package is being held in Florida, yet customer service insists it is here in Vermont and they can’t shut the messages off? They originally blamed the delay on bad weather on 2/24/22, , yet the U.S mail and UPS delivered that day. Plus that was four days ago, the roads are clear and dry. FedEx makes it impossible to speak to your local FedEx office via telephone, as all of the listed phone numbers are 800 numbers to customer service reps out of state, who barely speak English and know nothing about your package. They read from their computer screen and are completely clueless. FedEx is absolutely the worst service I’ve ever been involved with. Useless, rude, customer service reps and no option for speaking with your local FedEx depot. I’m disgusted. I didn’t think anyone could be as incompetent as Biden, but FedEx clearly is.

FedEx has had my package for 3 days now. Not 1 single attempt to deliver. As others have mentioned, I watch the various FedExcuse trucks pass my home and work NUMEROUS times a day. This is not the first time this has happened. Bottom line- I won't do business with you if you use FedEx. Would be nice if I could have left an accurate star rating, closer to -5 would be close.

That sounds like something that would be shipped by FedEx Ground and not Express. You should reach out to FedEx Ground
The shipping store handles outgoing packages. I don't believe it is a full-service center.
89N to exit 12, take a right at end of ramp and get in the left lane. At first light take a left onto Marshall Ave. Stay straight on that road for around a quarter mile. FedEx will be on your left almost across from Vianor Tire center
Go to FedEx.com, and use your tracking number in the track your package search box.

Your best bet would be to call or come down to the shipping center and speak with someone at the front desk
Well that is really aggravated considering my package was suppose to be here for Saturday paid extra money for that reason and then I get a email saying it will be here Xmas day.. ugh
