The shipping store handles outgoing packages. I don't believe it is a full-service center.
I know...it's So Frustrating! Hopefully you live close by & can go speak with them in-person.
And in addition a live floral arrangement that was a birthday gift is sitting there in their stupid office 3 miles from the delivery destination. And I can’t get a hold of them to say what’s up so I could get someone to go pick it up? If you can’t drive in the snow, don’t work for FedEx.
If a customer wanted to find out if shipping supplies of a particular size was offered, it would be good to speak with the person at the desk. The lack a a local number does not help with that.
