Why is there no local number? My package was left at the wrong address and apparently they (800 number people) can't figure out who the driver was. Now I'm not even getting the option of talking to a person

The shipping store handles outgoing packages. I don't believe it is a full-service center.

And in addition a live floral arrangement that was a birthday gift is sitting there in their stupid office 3 miles from the delivery destination. And I can’t get a hold of them to say what’s up so I could get someone to go pick it up? If you can’t drive in the snow, don’t work for FedEx.

If a customer wanted to find out if shipping supplies of a particular size was offered, it would be good to speak with the person at the desk. The lack a a local number does not help with that.
