Walmart is the future K-Mart. Dying slowly and most painfully for its customers. Welcome the rise of Target - sent to save us all from the horrible experience that is 'Walmart'. They don't care about you. Why would they? No one there is paid enough to care and no one gets fired because they are short workers that want to hate their jobs. Evergreen left me on hold for 12 min. just now and hung up. I get it - no one cares in anyway shape or form. Well Walmart - I don't care about your company. Your corporate greed is killing your legacy. Enjoy your fate.

Where do I begin?…… Well, first and foremost, unbelievably terrible customer service!!!! Whoever runs the night crew should be ashamed of themselves and their staff. I got there a half hour before closing and as soon as I walked in, three employees practically pounced on me, making sure in the rudest post haste manner possible that there was only 30 minutes until closing time and that I’d better hurry up with whatever shopping I had to do. Secondly, my shopping time did not take the whole duration of 30 minutes due to the refrigeration and freezer areas being down, not functioning, so I was not able to do all of my shopping. Also, the employees were harassing other customers and following them and myself around the whole store repeatedly reminding every customer of the stores closing time. I don’t know about the other customers but I definitely uncomfortable during my whole time in the store. One of the employees saw me head up to the front as I was ready to check out and yelled at me that walking up to the front wasn’t good enough, that I should run to the front with my cart because if I didn’t they would refuse my purchase. After being treated that way I told him that is no way to treat customers and if I had to I would make a complaint. He just looked at me blankly and said “The store closes at eleven, we no longer are open later than that….. learn the closing time!” Treating me like I was mentally challenged…… honesty, if this store keeps this unfair and poor customer service up, this location will lose customers left and right. I have shopped at this store in the past and at several other locations throughout the state and this is the only store that has ever treated me in this poor manor! (Yes, I know this is a Walmart store and I should have expected this, but still….) In closing, the three night crew people up front wouldn’t even stop harassing customers like myself at the self checkouts, telling everyone to scan faster because the store was closing soon….. unbelievable! I will no longer be shopping at this location. There are other last minute decisions for shopping that I can choose from. Everyone makes mistakes now and again….. this store was mine.

It was Walmart. They had a good selection of treats which is what I was after. Bathrooms were very clean and the employees were friendly.. EDIT not a very good selection of bakery or deli goods.

Well stocked, but not well staffed. Shortage of employees meant a single check out lane open (albeit there are many self check-out stations available). Employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. I was surprised how empty it was for a Friday afternoon.

You can always make a complaint at www.walmart .com and let them know what the problem is or call another store an make a formal complaint with them . Other stores love to tell on each other to make themselves look better.
You can talk to the manager about these procedures if possible, he will give you pa reson and if he charges more he will give you information.
