The people there were very friendly. They missed a few things and when I pointed out the areas they missed, they happily took care of it on the spot which was nice! Days later I realized they got enough water in the area of my USB ports that they completely ruined them. Tried to call a couple times and no return phone calls. Unfortunately, I didn’t take pictures of the standing water. Months later they still don’t work and I’m sure once I try to get them fixed, it will be way more than the cost of the detail. If they are monitoring this, hopefully they respond and offer to fix them.

They often take a long time, and always have different employees which I understand , but the manager is not very good. As I was driving into the lane one day he put the sign in front of my car “express only“ I asked what that meant and he said ( fairly gruffly ) “that means if you want the interior done it’s going to be at least 2 hours“ pretty rude. He could’ve just approached my window and not just throwing the sign up. FYI They charge small hatchbacks as an SUV

Car wash was pretty good. My car has a very high gloss finish, and the person drying used a dirty towel on my hood and scratched it. You need to buy one of the high end washes to get the interior wiped down.

I used to consider this location on the expensive side, however they do a fair job. It seems that on mu last visit they were understaffed - I paid for a was and dry. And ended up drying the vehicle myself.
