I had a terrible experience at one of establishment located in Fort Collins Colorado. I was trying to get a membership for my daughter and also for my friend from out of town that have two boys. Today 7/6/22 we came in trying to get a membership but unfortunately your computer was down and they couldn’t get me to sign up for a membership, so we decided that wasn’t a big deal so we sign up anyways and already paid for a membership. We were trying to get in today but the manager said that we need to pay for todays visit since they couldn’t sign us up through the computer but I feel like that wasn’t our problem so why would I get another charge for today. The manager was very disrespectful and rude! The manager also told me that I can’t use any coupons that we got from a birthday party that we had at Urban air last month. My friend came in from out of town was willing to sign up also but the manager told me why would I sign my friend since she doesn’t live here for a membership!? Why would you tell me what to do and I was very confused with his attitude! I understand the situation that they were having but you should still respect your customers. I’m very disappointed with my experience with Urban air, we even spent my daughters birthday here last April and this time was a really terrible experience.

We had our daughters 6th birthday party here and had 32 guests our host Meghan was amazing and helped accommodate all of our guests. All the guests had a great time and my daughter had the best birthday party! Not to mention the pizza from Marco’s pizza was so good! Highly recommend this place to host your kids party 🎈🎉 ❤️

Love it here. This place is so much fun even if you are an adult. My toddler loves it here. Staff cares and is very helpful. Go karts are worth it by themselves. The only thing I didn't like the trampoline socks are very thin. They kind of remind me of really cheap hospital socks. But whatever ill probably end up getting a membership we come so often.

We arrived around 10am ( when they open) and we're shown the computers to sign the waiver. Super easy. The lady at the counter was very helpful but honestly just gave off the vibe that she didn't want to be there. While I'm on that note, that was my general feeling when interacting with the employees, although their were a couple who were energetic/smiley which definitely makes the experience that much better. The attractions themselves were marked well and it was easy to find a staff member if we wanted to do a ride that wasn't maned. Would say it was worth the money for sure. We payed $40 ish each to have access to everything. The food looked good also, but we just stuck with a cotton candy icee which was seriously delicious 😋

Hello! It's ActivateAwesome thanks!
Pricing can be found by visiting Urban Air's homepage: - Basic Attractions (Trampolines Only) $15.99 - Upgraded packages (includes additional attractions, such as a warrior course, sky rider coaster, bumper cars and go carts) ranges from $22.99 to $39.99 - Children 5 & Under (NOTE: access is dependent on the child's height) $9.99 - Parent Pass (certain restrictions apply) $6.99 - Go-Karts Single Ride $17.99 Urban Air also offers monthly membership packages that start at $7.99/month (basic trampoline access) to $41.99/month (all access and includes a food entree with each visit). It's important to note that each of the membership programs does have a minimum of a 12-month membership.
Go online and check out their packages. We paid around $15 for 2 hours but that was for trampolines only. The kids regret choosing trampolines only after they saw all activities available after we got there.
No!
We went on Saturday 12/26/2020 and they were open.
During the weekday evenings it is not crowded. On weekends it gets crowded soon after opening and says busy throughout the day. Around 6-7 pm it slows down and is not crowded until closing around 10 or 11. But you have more teens and adults late weekend so it's not as ideal for young kids.
Hi Chelsea- thanks for your question! We have a large area that we call the Tubes Playground, one particular climbing wall, and our Apex trampoline area- all are geared toward ages 5 and younger. If it works within your schedule, our weeknights are far less busy than our weekends, making it easier to keep track of your little ones. We also host a Jumperoo event on Fridays 10am-1pm strictly for kids 5 and younger. We hope to welcome you soon!
