Fabby's is a pretty okay liquor store! They don't generally have a great selection, so you'd be better off going elsewhere if you have specific drinks you're looking for. However the staff is nice and usually has some good music playing, so it's a fine, convenient place to go for more basic drinks :)

The cashier started off by asking if we were 16 and 17. We didn't quite understand the (out of place and a bit rude) question so he assumed we said yes. Then, he asked for our IDs and proceeded to kick my partner out of the store despite today being her 21st birthday and said she'd have to come back after midnight. I asked when the rules changed, as every person I know who has turned 21 in Fort Collins went on their birthday with no problem, including myself. He couldn't provide an answer and just mumbled some excuse. This was my partner's first time ever being carded and she was excited to start her birthday celebration but instead left sad and disappointed. This was my normal stop as it is the closest to my house, but I'll be making a point to never return, as they clearly do not follow the same guidelines as every other liquor store in Fort Collins.
