With the shortage of employees I can see why these workers are frustrated, they didn't really look excited when I walked in the door so I left. Seemed like it would be more frustrating for them to have to work on my car and I didn't want them to be overwhelmed. The reason for the 5 stars is because I know how important it is for a business to keep their rating and with the struggle of unemployment I feel like these guys needed a break.

Quick, clean, helpful, and professional. Went in for an oil change and new wiper blades, and they got me right in. They didn’t try to sell any other services, or push for more like many other companies do. They also seem to have great promotions frequently!

This location is awesome, got my car in the bay almost right away, very professional and very helpful when it came to setting up a fleet account. We have lots of company vehicles and will bring them to this location every time, they have great deals and lots of coupons. The guys are super sweet and helpful and cover all the bases. They did the typical 16 point inspection and were very thorough and accommodating. We love this grease monkey!!

Stopped here today to have my work truck serviced. Was met with a friendly kid and they were able to get my truck right in and I was out in 20 minutes... While signing paperwork - the kid at the desk was holding a pretty good conversation with me and so did a few of the others... When I'm in Fort Collins and need a change, I'll stop here.
