I ordered the wrong item by mistake at their website. A couple of hours later I canceled the order online. They wrote me that they would try to cancel the order and get back to me with the order status. They did not try to cancel the order. Two days later, the order shipped, arrived at the store, and they charged my credit card. Now I'm responsible for returning the item to get a refund.

The absolute lack of responsibility and professionalism on behalf of the pick-up department is enough to not want to visit this location anymore. You order items and send someone to pick them up to have someone tell them that someone else picked it up or that the items have already been sent when they end up never arriving. It is a waste of time and out crew keeps growing frustrated with their mistakes.

The store is organized and well stocked. I appreciate the measures they are taking to ensure customer safety amidst this Covid pandemic. The staff are amazing. I received assistance immediately and they were friendly, efficient, and personable. One of the staff even gave my son a toy. I had a very pleasant and smooth experience. I will be back.
