I recently returned a vehicle I rented from Boston Logan Airport to this location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had my 5-month-old son with me and they helped me and even drove me to where I needed to be. They are a class act at this Enterprise!!

Experience was awful. Lady that helped us was super rude, and not very helpful. I crashed my car yesterday. It was a scary experience. I was not expecting it to happen obviously. And they made me feel awful for not being able to afford a $100 deposit, even though my insurance fully covers my rental. They also would not allow my boyfriend to cover it, even though he was there with me.

Pretty good place. I reserved a rental via internet overnight and it was ready for me as well as the car I picked . Service was nice , the gentleman that helped me was nice. Inside the place looks like it needs a makeover . Not very easy on the eyes ...and the vehicles need some maitenance. The car I rented was nice but it's breaks we're screeching the entire time i had it , the vehicle had no gas in it when I got it and the back tires are worn down and barely passable . Other than that I would recommend this place for a rental due to the service .
