If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My husband and I were in the store today, and we witnessed the check out girls yell at the man in front of us. All the man did was ask if someone could put his groceries in his cart, and he was met by 2 rude employees saying things like “don’t talk to her that way” (even though the man wasn’t saying anything rude at all) and then they repeatedly yelled “bye, Bye, BYE” in his literal ear until he left. They gave some of his food to us too, I felt really bad for him. The day prior we did I pick up order for my sister (something we don’t normally do) and we went to the wrong area by mistake. The employee could have simply told us where to go, but instead she yelled at my husband and when he told her that she was being rude to him, she called him a “bit**” and said “get your bit** as* back in your bit** car” . I’m appalled. We will NEVER return.

Be aware of dairy, eggs and other produce are expired. Last time i had to throw away to bags of cheese expired 4 months ago and two egg cases and not only!! Im tired of throwing 10-30$ worth of stuff every week...

The pharmacy here is amazing. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. Prescriptions are always ready when they say they are. They helped me sign up for text alerts, so I can easily refill prescriptions without having to make a million phone calls. After years of dealing with other pharmacies (of which I will not name), I decided to try Kroger because I figured it couldn’t hurt. Now I have transferred all my prescriptions here. The only downside is that they don’t have a drive thru. But personally, I feel that’s a small price to pay for good service. The store aint too shabby either. I just use the pharmacy more.

The front end/customer service/cashier staff at this pick n save are rude and unprofessional. Not to mention they were wearing masks under their chin, not over their mouths at the checkout or guest service counter while touching our food. Wearing a mask around your chin is not proper and is SPREADING GERMS DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC. Bagger was practically throwing around our items as she was bagging, items were falling out of their packaging due to the handling. Sanitation at the cash register is minimal. Not to mention the cashier was carrying on personal conversations of an unprofessional nature. Clearly management is not doing a great job. The service at the pharmacy is always great and it is clear the pharmacists have a high level of professionalism. However, the rest of the store is subpar. Won’t be shopping here anymore, except at the pharmacy.
