For the first time, I actually enjoy working out. The trainers give you such individual instruction, are encouraging and very motivating. Each workout is different - keeping each session fun. I also have so loved meeting the other ladies that work out at STF. They are also encouraging, upbeat and make each workout go by so fast. I've learned so much about making my body stronger through fitness and eating. Thank you!!!

Absolutely love this place! 30 minute workouts that include cardio and a focus on a couple muscle groups each day. Coach Donna and the other trainers are excellent and each brings a little something extra to the table so the sessions are always challenging, different and fun. I really enjoy the camaraderie with the other members too. I’ve never been able to stick with a gym membership routine but STF makes it easy and I really look forward to going every day.

I joined STF this year after determining to improve my overall health. I started with group personal training and from the first day felt acceptance and encouragement from my fellow group members and trainers. I wanted to get stronger to participate in activities I see others doing such as kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. My goals are increasing as I moved into the boot camp classes due to a change in my work schedule. The availability of days and times gives me the opportunity to enjoy boot camp 6 days a week! I really need STF as the 30 minutes clears my head, I get a healthy sweat on, and I feel such positive regard from the group and trainers. I love that it is all women, the quality of instruction and attention to detail provided by the trainers, as well as prompt responses by all staff if I expressed a need. Keep up the beautiful work STF!

I started the 6 week PT as a goal for myself to start leading a more healthy lifestyle with a meal plan and exercise program. I didn’t have a lot of weight to lose, but within 6 weeks I made quite a few changes in the way I eat and I feel stronger; sleep better and my clothes fit better. I went to group PT 3x a week and never missed a class. The trainers were awesome and very encouraging along with the women who were in the class. Everyone was there to support each other. Now that the challenge is over I joined Boot Camp and love it!
