My experience with this company is very poor!! They came knocking on my door and disregarded the no soliciting sign! They sold me a product that had no effect on my premise at a “discount” (way more expansive than any other provider) told me they had leftover from a neighbor they can give at a discount! Told me my satisfaction guaranteed or money back… Since using this service I discovered a beehive, had do get armadillos removed, and had many insects in and around the premise. The worst part, upon terminating (didn’t even ask for 4 months money back) the they gave me a $200+ cancellation fee (which are illegal in the State of Florida). Stay away from these guys!!!! Liars with an even worst customer service team!!

I contacted EcoShield to cancel my service as I was not aware my landlords already have a service for my residence. Mia was very professional and courteous. She explained all the specials EcoShield can provide and how the company will work with you to keep your home safe. She was very helpful and understanding of my position. Mia handled my request and explained everything very thoroughly.

Reason for calling was to transfer my service from Florida ti Virginia and Tatiana was super helpful. I have found EcoShield to be what the promise.
