We rolled in with a sketchy on line reservation. BONNIE could not have been more accommodating. With a swipe of my card and a glance at her roster we had a site just like checking into KOA. To our surprise our assignment site was occupied. Without hesitation I called the office, and Bonnie picked up on the first ring.I explained the conflict to her and with out any push back or blame gaming we soon found ourselves with an upgrade to first class. There could have been free bloodymaries,, it's still a blur, but I digress. We'll be heading out first thing to "the park" For the hassle free check in and manicured grounds...sold!

Not sure where they took the pictures on the website but it's NOT this campground. It looks like a run down trailer park with some camp spots. When we arrived the spot we reserved was already full. There was no one in the office so had to call the manager/owner. When she arrived she said we could take another unacceptable spot. We had reserved 3 nights. She knew we were not happy with this spot so we said we would stay that night since it was late but after making other arrangements for the other 2 nights she offered us a 2 night refund. The refund was her suggestion since our reserved spot was taken and the new spot did not fit our needs. She DID NOT issue the refund and now refuses to respond to any communication concerning our refund. I would go somewhere else....anywhere else if you can.

We had reservations for a 2 night stay. On our way in we had vehicle problems and the host (Bonnie) immediately started contacting people and getting us phone numbers to places that may be able to help us out. She also made room for us to stay 3 additional nights while our truck was repaired. Bonnie was caring and compassionate and checked on us regularly during our stay while we worked out the details of the truck repair. This is a clean, quiet campground convenient to I-90. It is perfect for an overnight stay while traveling through or staying a few nights while exploring the Livingston area. The restrooms and showers are clean and have good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The pull through sites are big enough for big rigs and easy to navigate. All the utilities work as they should.

The lady that greeted us was very cold and unfriendly. She did not say hi or can i help. It was gruffly do you have a reservation. When we said yes she seemed put off she had to go in the office to tell us which lot number. This “Campground ground “ I would never call this a campground. It looks like an abandoned trailer park. Do not believe the photos they share they are a lie. Interstate to the our right run down trailers behind us and a motel in front to our left . Dog poop everywhere in the fields no one cleans up after their animals. Saw a chihuahua have the run of the park . $45 dollars a night was way too expensive for this place. The term WiFi is A LIE. It never worked in the 2 nites we were there. Go somewhere else anywhere else.
